This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at time of purchase. Buyer has the option to take the puppy to his/her veterinarian within 4 business days of purchase to have puppy examined. If the puppy is found to have a life threatening defect, buyer may return puppy for a full refund of purchase amount within that time frame. Puppy must be returned with a written statement from veterinarian explaining the defect, registration papers and any other papers given by seller. Seller will not responisble for return shipping charges. Seller is not liable for any veterinarian fees incurred, for any reason, after puppy leaves Seller. Umbilical hernias, cherry eye and under/overbites which are often found in this breed are not considered life threatning and are not covered. Seller, however makes every effort to make these issues known if they are present.
Seller assumes no liability for viruses, parasites(internal or external) or bacterias after puppy leaves Seller.
Buyer agrees to continue to follow proper care as discussed with Seller.
If this puppy is found to have a life threatening hereditary defect within 1 year of purchase date, seller will replace the puppy with one of same value when available.(shipping fees are buyers responsibility) No cash refunds.
Seller does not guarantee the size , color, coat or future breeding ability(if purchased with full registration) of puppy. Seller gives the best estimate known based on parents.
Puppy may be returned at anytime for in the event buyer cannot keep him/her. No refund will be given.
Shipping Fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
It is further agreed that no other agreement or representation has been made . Any legal disputes must be handled in Pitt County, NC.
